Account Validation

HostMonster provides 24/7 support. While we are always happy to assist our customers, we take security very seriously. As such, you will need to validate any account that you would like help with prior to any account access or troubleshooting. This article will outline the validation options available and explain how to find each.



Password Validation

The Main, Billing, and Hosting password may be used for validation. This article will go over how to reset the password for your various systems and services if you forget.

Token Validation

Validation tokens are an easy-to-use, secure way to validate that you're an authorized user on the account when you contact one of our support teams for assistance.

PIN Validation

The PIN is an optional form of validation equal in authority to the main password with few exceptions.
